Program description

The Drive Spend Lab SMS Program delivers optional account notification and marketing text messages from Drive Spend Lab. Messages are limited to account notifications related to a subscription (guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests) and recurring marketing messages (promotional offers, product and service announcements, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools). Drive Spend Lab is not an insurance company or agent and does not send quotes, sales offers, or third-party promotions.

Message types

• Account Notifications: message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing: message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on our sign-up page. Entering a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the website.

First message

After opt-in you receive a confirmation identifying Drive Spend Lab and the message type you chose, for example:

Drive Spend Lab: You're subscribed to account notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

Drive Spend Lab: You're subscribed to marketing messages. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

Frequency depends on the message types you select, as listed above. Message frequency varies unless otherwise stated.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: Drive Spend Lab: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to opt in again. No further messages are sent unless you opt in again.

Mobile opt-in data policy

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
